What does Tovy do exactly?

I connect business systems, automate manual processes and manage cloud environments. Concrete example: the daily manual export of orders from your webshop to your ERP. I turn that into an automatic connection that runs without errors.

How is Tovy different from an IT agency?

You work directly with me, the engineer who designs and builds your systems. No account managers, no project managers, no overhead. That keeps costs low and communication short.

What type of company is Tovy suited for?

Small companies (10 to 50 employees) in supply chain, retail, logistics or operations. Especially those running multiple systems that don't talk to each other. Think SAP, Shopify, accounting software, warehouse systems.

Why not a large consulting firm?

The same technical expertise, without the overhead. Because I develop with AI assistance, build costs are €1,000 to €5,000 (excl. VAT) instead of €50,000 to €100,000 at an agency. Management costs €150 to €500 per month (excl. VAT). A fraction of an internal engineer.

How does the collaboration work?

Whatever suits you. A fixed project gets a fixed price, based on what the solution is worth. If what I build needs maintenance afterwards, management costs €150 to €500 per month (excl. VAT). Extra work outside of that is €100 per hour (excl. VAT). I have 8 to 16 hours per week available for clients.

How do I get started?

How quickly will I see results?

The first automation or integration is typically live within 2 to 4 weeks. From that moment, the process runs automatically and we keep building.

How does knowledge transfer work?
