Ecommerce, ERP and Inventory Integration

You sell through an online store, your inventory lives in an ERP or WMS and your accounting in yet another package. As long as those systems don't talk to each other, someone sits in between retyping orders, updating stock and checking invoices.

I build the integrations that take over that work. Reliable, documented and monitored, so they keep working, even when something changes.

  • No more retyping
  • Accurate inventory across all your sales channels
  • Fewer errors in deliveries and invoices

Sound familiar?

  • Orders from your online store are entered into the ERP or WMS by hand.
  • Your store shows stock that's no longer there, or doesn't sell what's actually on the shelf.
  • Invoices and payments are reconciled manually in your accounting.
  • After an update an integration stops working, and you only find out when a customer calls.
  • Nobody knows exactly how the current integration works, except the person who once built it.

Sound familiar? Then it's costing you time, errors and customer satisfaction every day.

What you'll notice

  • No more retyping. Orders arrive in your ERP or WMS automatically.
  • Accurate inventory across all your sales channels.
  • Fewer errors in deliveries and invoices.
  • You see immediately when something goes wrong, instead of afterwards.
  • Everything documented and transferable. You're never dependent on one person.

What I integrate for you

An integration is all about the data that needs to flow between your systems. These are the most common.

  • Orders. From your online store or marketplace to your ERP or WMS, including customer details and shipping method.
  • Inventory. Real-time stock levels back to your store(s), even when you work with multiple warehouses or sales channels.
  • Products and prices. One source of truth, including B2B prices and tiered pricing.
  • Status and track & trace. Shipping information automatically back to your store and your customer.
  • Invoices and payments. To your accounting, reconciled with your bank or payment provider.

Think of Oracle, SAP, Exact Online or Moneybird as your ERP or accounting, together with your WMS or fulfilment partner.

Off-the-shelf connector or custom integration?

Honest advice first. For simple situations there are ready-made connectors, often for a few tens of euros a month. If an app like that works for you, I'll simply recommend it.

A custom integration pays off when

  • you work with multiple warehouses, sales channels or entities;
  • you have non-standard fields, bundles, B2B prices or customer-specific agreements;
  • errors must not go unnoticed;
  • you want to extend the integration later without starting over.

Not sure? In the introductory call you’ll hear right away which route fits best.

How I work

  1. Introduction. We discuss your systems, your processes and where things get stuck. You’ll hear for free, and right away, whether a custom integration makes sense.
  2. Analysis and proposal. I map what goes where, when, and what happens if something goes wrong. You get a concrete proposal with a price.
  3. Build and test. I build the integration and test it with real scenarios, such as large orders, returns and missing products.
  4. Go-live and management. After go-live I keep an eye on the integration with monitoring and alerts. If one of your systems changes, I adjust the integration.

What does an integration cost?

You pay a fixed project price. Most projects fall between €1,000 and €5,000 (excl. VAT), depending on the number of systems and the complexity. After that you can choose fixed monthly management of €150 to €500 (excl. VAT) for monitoring, maintenance and adjustments after updates.

After the introductory call you’ll get a clear price estimate. No surprises. See all pricing

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to build an integration?

A simple integration is often live within a few days. Projects with multiple systems take longer. After the analysis you'll know exactly where you stand.

Do I need to replace my current software?

No. I connect the systems you already use. Only if a system is a real bottleneck do we discuss alternatives.

What happens when one of my systems gets an update?

With monthly management I keep an eye on the integration and adjust it when a system changes. Without management you can bring me in as needed.

Does this also work with legacy systems without an API?

Often, yes, for example through file exchange (CSV or SFTP) or directly via the database. In the analysis I look at what's possible and sensible.

Who owns the integration?

You do. You get the documentation and access to the code.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. I explain everything in plain language and take care of the technical side. You tell me how your business works and where things get stuck.
